Terms of Service

By placing an order with Xcessive, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, as confirmed by carrier scan and tracking records.

Xcessive, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or tampering occurring after carrier acceptance unless confirmed by official carrier documentation.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery location security.

Any disputes or chargebacks will be evaluated using carrier tracking data, delivery confirmation, shipment weight verification, and supporting documentation.

Fraudulent claims may be disputed and reported to the appropriate parties.

High-Value Order Verification

For fraud prevention, all orders over $500 require identity verification before fulfillment. Customers must provide a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID and the payment card used at checkout.

You may cover sensitive information on both documents; however, the name on the ID must match the cardholder name, and the last four digits of the payment card must remain visible.

Orders will not be shipped until verification is completed. Xcessive, LLC reserves the right to require additional verification, limit shipment to the verified billing address, or cancel and refund any order that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
