Terms of Service

By placing an order with Xcessive, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, as confirmed by carrier scan and tracking records.

Xcessive, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or tampering occurring after carrier acceptance unless confirmed by official carrier documentation.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery location security.

Any disputes or chargebacks will be evaluated using carrier tracking data, delivery confirmation, shipment weight verification, and supporting documentation.

Fraudulent claims may be disputed and reported to the appropriate parties.
