Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of high-value, limited, and collectible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of:

  • An order cancellation prior to shipment, or
  • A verified carrier-confirmed loss or damage claim supported by official carrier documentation

Claims of missing, stolen, or tampered packages must be supported by carrier investigation results. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Chargebacks or disputes filed without supporting carrier documentation may be contested.
