All orders are shipped via insured, trackable carriers.

Shipping insurance is available at the buyer’s request and expense.

If insurance is declined, Xcessive, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

All shipments are documented at drop-off and include carrier-confirmed weight verification.

Tamper-evident security measures may be used on packages to ensure shipment integrity.

Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to select signature-required delivery for high-value purchases.
